Our signature CIRCUIZONE returns and this time it’s a Metabolic Conditioning class. Expect a truly interactive, next-generation fitness approach that puts YOU in total control of your workout. 

Using a series of intense circuits to elevate your heart rate and a variety of work-to-rest ratios - you’ll build strength, stamina and endurance. No more one-size-fits all intervals; this is all about adapting your effort based on real time biofeedback.

Expect:

•  A circuit with a variety of stations

•  Personal Polar heart rate monitor

•  A clear understanding of how to control your heart rate

•  Major afterburn (torch calories for up to 24 hours) 

•  Recovery post workout protein smoothie
