Boxing

Taught by professional coaches, these rapid-fire circuit sessions go way beyond exercise. We're talking circuit combinations of skipping, multi-punch boxing protocols (includes time on the pads and on the bag), a bit of TRX, weights, kettle bells and hurdles, plus a whole lot more! As well as honing your footwork and punching technique, these 45 and 60 minute classes are designed to enhance endurance, stamina, speed, power, coordination, recall, tone and muscle strength. Killer! Maximum of 10 in a class.

For an even bigger experience, book a one-to-one session and really get to grips with the noble art's form. Sessions last 60-90 minutes.
