We have temporarily closed the studio but are still offering you the Transition Zone experience (and team) via ZOOM LIVE STREAMED CLASSES.
We offer a daily timetable of Classes:
Body weight CON & Body weight HIT // 45 mins
"Think of your body as an empty barbell"
You'll be getting creative with your own body weight, adding instability, challenging your range and playing with tempo... fast explosive movements, isometric holds and mixing up the reps... all with the aim to help you feel that burn!
This will be a FULL BODY circuit style, we may offer a variety of props that you will all have access to at home (chair, cans, water bottles, walls, towels).
Try and have a mat available.
Yoga & Mobility // 45 mins
“A tonic for both body & mind”
These classes offer a good mix of joint mobility, functional movement, deep stretch and yoga.
The aim is to improve joint health and fundamental movement through a variety of strengthen isometric exercises, dynamic stretches and yoga sequences.
As well as helping to unravel any tightness in your body, they will also offer a sense of mental calm.
All you need is a yoga mat and a quiet space (if possible). A towel or blanket as props will help too.
Dynamic Pilates CON // 45 mins
“Pilates with a little spice!”
A flowing pilates based session designed to improve posture and build lean, toned muscle.
Expect Pilates movements with circuit training principles, the focus will be on isometric holds to allow for total muscle fatigue and intense movements of the larger muscle groups to create a total body workout.
It's low impact, Core, Cardiovascular and Conditioning, but HIGH energy!
Box CON // 45 mins
“Expect to get a sweat on!”
From shadow boxing to footwork drills this 45min class will teach you all you need to know about BOXING.
No bag, pads or ring but that won't stop us, it's one hell of a circuit mash up - from boxing combinations to lower body & core exercises.
Strength & Conditioning // 45 mins
Using whatever weights (and props) you have available, alongside your own bodyweight our aim is to get you stronger.
You'll get to grips with the BIG compound PULL/PUSH movements - Squats, Deadlifts, Push ups and Rows. We'll also throw in some METCON and Core at the end to make sure you're working to the max.
Improvise with cans, water bottles, a filled rucksacks and a chairs or small stool.
Youth Squad // 45 mins
“Fun and build self esteem”
Youth Squad classes are small (no more than 12, for ages 12-17yrs) to focus on delivering first class athletic coaching around team skills, movement patterns, strength, coordination, stamina, flexibility and balance. Disciplines covered include circuits, strength training and fitness testing.
Essentially we’ll be focusing on learning to move correctly and safely using the seven principles of fundamental movement: lunge, squat, hinge, push, pull, brace and rotate. We’ll also cover how to run, hop, throw and catch correctly - all crucial to sporting prowess and daily life - as well as have fun and build self esteem.

- Book your class in usual way. (bookings close 20mins prior to the start time).
- Please ensure your registered email is up to date.
- A class link will be emailed to you 15 minutes prior to the class starting (DO NOT SHARE THIS LINK).
- Make sure your microphone is enabled for ZOOM. Once you click on the link you will be part of the class, you will see/hear one of the TZteam (you can choose to remain unseen by clicking STOP Video)
- Click 'Call using Internet Audio' to be able to hear your trainer
- Mute your audio by clicking the bottom left hand microphone icon
