We couldn’t agree more. This time of year can be really useful for assessing what you want for the next 12 months, but if 2021 has taught us anything it’s that obstacles often get in the way.

What might be more beneficial is to look back and remind ourselves what we’ve already accomplished. Don’t underestimate how far you’ve come.

When we look back at how far Transition Zone has grown as a business, we’re astonished at how much has changed. What started as a makeshift studio in Claire’s spare room at home which after five years progressed to a 3,000 square foot boutique training space (her full interview above and story is well worth a listen).

We’d be kidding ourselves if we didn’t acknowledge the setbacks that have happened along the way but we adapted and evolved and have come out stronger and more determined than ever to stay true to our vision.

One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to results-driven, science backed training modalities that are achievable, practical and not fad driven. This remains at the basis of every programme, every event and every workout we deliver. And it always will.

We have lots of plans in the pipeline bubbling away and all will be revealed in the coming weeks. Rest assured though, we’re constantly working behind the scenes to make our services ever more streamlined, joined up and leading edge.
