We’re writing this fuelled by a little buzz and a world that's looking a whole lot more colourful. Grey days are passing and brighter days lie ahead.

But let’s not labour the past 12 months, enough has been said already. Let’s instead look ahead to some welcome changes. With the kids back at school, relaxing of outdoor gatherings later this month, blossom unfurling all around us and the prospect of hugging (yes, actual hugging!) loved ones soon, things are starting to look a whole lot brighter.

We’ve got a lot of time to make up for, so let’s get stuck in.



Behind the scenes...

We’re not ones for thumb-twiddling so we’ve been busy coming up with plans to improve and optimise your experience at Transition Zone. A big part of that unfortunately isn’t immediately obvious: we’ve put some structural changes in place to the studio, but the eagle eyed among you will notice we’ve installed new flooring and have also had a paint refresh.

On top of that we’ve invested in some exciting new kit: additional ski erg, assault bike, a leading edge treadmill and more weights... all ready to get you back fighting fit!

We’ve also taken on some exciting new talent and are adding further content to our ON DEMAND libraryeducational tutorials which you will soon be able to view soon via a BRAND NEW all-singing, all-dancing APP.



29th March // 
Outdoor training 

is back at Hurlingham Park (weather permitting) - just look out for the yellow lanterns, we hope to add more as the weather improves. Bring your own matt and off you go!


12th April //

It looks like all systems go for individual/open gym training - we’re currently program planning W.O.D ready for all members so more news very soon.

is back after three years travelling the world, she's already teaching on our LIVESTREAM timetable every Tuesday & Saturday. We’re also excited to have a few more new faces ready and waiting for you.
