Keen to try a new style of BOXING - the CUBAN way?
We've partnered with THE CUBAN BOXING COACH to bring you a Friday night of both Cuban Boxing and fun. You'll learn the fundamentals of Cuban boxing (you've got to be ready to dance a little), then you'll put your new found skills to the test in what promises to be a BOXING event with a difference! Afterwards you'll have the chance to taste some authentic Cuban food and drinks, you'll also get the opportunity of a Q&A session and find out more about Cuban Boxing culture.
NEW HYBRID CLASSES
With five new Move Power plates now in studio, we've been busy class planning ready to unleash a NEW POWER filled small group training experience.
MOVE /PLATE - 25 mins
The biggest difference is that your workout will be column-less (there's no holding on), you'll get a full body workout plus the added advantage of full functionality as you move 360 degrees around the plate. For Power Plate lovers, this is taking things up a notch or two.
TRX/MOVE Plate - 45mins
Integrating TRX exercises with the MOVE Power Plate, some working simultaneously and others in isolation, this hybrid class has it all, the resistance of the TRX and the whole body vibrations of the new MOVE PLATE - expect to see an increase in strength and power - we think it's a match made in heaven.
Strength/Move Plate - 45 mins
Take your strength training to a different level with the help of whole body vibration training, you'll hinge, squat, lunge, press, row, push and pull - expect to see an increase in muscle strength, power and definition.
Power Plate/25 - 25mins
This is your much loved Power Plate class on the Power Plate Pro5 complete with column (so you will have something to hold on to), no change and still on the timetable as before.

We fully understand that the way (and time) you like to train has changed, so for our members we're bringing back NON coached access to the studio via OPEN ZONE, all you need to do is book your slot and choose how you'd like to train.
Maybe it's a planned balanced session you're after but can’t be bothered to think? We’ve got that sorted our OPEN ZONE Workout of the Day (W.O.D) will be waiting for you. All you need to do is grab your kit and you’re off.
We'll be test running a variety of access times (mid morning, afternoons and Saturdays), if you have any suggestions please let us know.
