Sparring Classes
With an eye on keeping our boxing offering fresh, we’re introducing a sparring class. Want in - only 8-10 spaces available?
Our new coach Thomas Jarvis is a former professional boxer with over 15 years' experience; these days he spends his time training professional, amateur and white collar boxers... in short there's nothing he does not know about boxing!

Mobility & Movement classes
Our Mobility & Movement sessions are a good mix of mobility, functional movement, deep stretch and some yoga. The aim of these sessions is improve mobility, joint health and fundamental movement through a variety of strengthen isometric exercises, dynamic stretches and maybe even a bit of TRX for extra stretch! The outcome... you will move better, and your training output will improve too!
