FREEDOM is around the corner and boy will it feel good when it finally arrives!
That "in-person" Transition Zone experience will soon become a reality, week by week we're getting closer to finally opening our doors... here's a rundown of what's available and when, make sure you make a note of the dates and book your sessions in early.
29th March // OUTDOORS
Small Group Classes
Hurlingham Park
Until we can head back into the studio for group classes (17th May), you'll find us at Hurlingham Park - just look out for the yellow lanterns.
REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES:
- Monday: 7am Adam
- Wednesday 6.15pm - Vesna
- Friday: 9.30am - Claire
- Saturday: 10.15am - Abbey
- Sunday: 10am Joe (front of studio)
We've added a few more for the EASTER WEEKEND.
Bring your own matt, any equipment you like to use (bands and weights) and off you go.
Personal Training
If you'd like something a little more personalised, we've got space at the front of the studio or at local parks (until we open on 12th April).

Individual Training - OPEN GYM
OPEN ZONE is our NEW training concept that allows YOU to "individually" train in studio with the help of OUR expert programme planning (W.O.D).
All you need to do is choose your W.O.D. take responsibility for YOUR workout and BE READY to train hard. A studio supervisor will be available to make sure everyone trains safely. We change our programme plans twice a month, this allows you to get familiar with each W.O.D. perfect your form, increase the load, reps and beat the clock... all with the aim of seeing results fast!
We have kept numbers low to ensure studio capacity is within government guidelines.
How much is it?
All studio memberships and class credits are transferable.
- Single drop in £25
- 5 pack: £120
- 10 pack: £200
- Zone4, Zone12 or Zone28 - memberships available from £6.25 per session. NO TIE IN.
W.O.D. Personal Coach
If you’re in need of a bit more support and personal guidance (checking your form, offering adaptations etc) or perhaps you just need a little bit of motivation to get you through your W.O.D. session, you can book in to have the on duty supervisor at your personal disposal throughout the session.
