Yoga for Lifters – Part 2

You may well be able to deadlift a school bus but if you lack flexibility your training will suffer.  We’ve teamed up with Dyl, Olympic weightlifting coach, Power Vinyasa instructor and CrossFit champ to bring you YOGA FOR LIFTERS.  

What to expect:

  • A 60 min flow of focused isometric contractions coupled with breathing patterns to yield greater flexibility, mobility, and strength. 
  • Learn how to increase joint strength and stability which will help you lift heavier, move faster, hit harder. 
  • 15 minute Q&A session & protein smoothie. 

Single event: £30. Two events: £45
